Website Package Terms & Conditions

1. Website package provider

 

APN website packages are provided in partnership with Prime Web Design. The packages are intended for APN partners, service providers and suitable businesses requiring a professional website, domain name, business email and website hosting.

2. Package options

 

The available website packages are:

Starter Website — 1-page website
Business Website — 5-page website
Growth Website — 10-page website

Each package includes website design and setup based on the selected package level, subject to the content, images, branding and information supplied by the client.

3. Included items

 

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each website package includes:

  • Website design and setup for the selected package

  • Free domain name, subject to availability

  • Free business email setup

  • Free logo mockup support

  • Basic contact form

  • Mobile-friendly website layout

  • Standard website hosting, where the hosting package is active

4. Hosting

 

Website hosting is charged separately at £14.99 per month, unless included within an agreed monthly website subscription.

Hosting covers standard website hosting only. Additional services, upgrades, premium plugins, third-party software, paid integrations or specialist hosting requirements may be quoted separately.

5. Payment options

 

Clients may choose either:

Option 1 — Pay upfront
The client pays the website package fee upfront. Hosting is then charged separately at £14.99 per month.

Option 2 — Monthly website subscription
The client pays a monthly subscription for a minimum period of 12 months. This allows the website package cost, domain name, business email and hosting to be spread across monthly payments.

6. 12-month minimum subscription

 

Where the monthly subscription option is selected, the client agrees to a minimum 12-month subscription.

This means the client is committing to 12 monthly payments. The subscription cannot be cancelled early simply because the website has been designed, published or no longer required.

If the client wishes to cancel before the end of the initial 12-month term, the remaining balance of the 12-month subscription may become payable.

7. After the first 12 months

 

After the initial 12-month subscription period, the client may choose whether to:

  • Continue hosting and support

  • Upgrade the website

  • Move to a hosting-only arrangement

  • Request changes or additional work

  • Transfer the website or domain, subject to any outstanding balances and technical requirements

Ongoing hosting, support, renewals or amendments after the first 12 months may be subject to separate charges.

8. Domain names

 

The free domain name is subject to availability. If the client’s preferred domain name is not available, alternative domain options may be offered.

Premium domain names, previously registered domain names, domain transfers, multiple domains or specialist domain requirements may be charged separately.

9. Business email

 

Business email setup is included with the website package. The client is responsible for providing the required information for setup.

Additional email accounts, mailbox upgrades, email migration, historical email transfer or third-party email configuration may be charged separately.

10. Client information and content

 

The client must provide the information needed to create the website, including business details, services, contact information, areas covered, images, logos, accreditations and any preferred wording.

Any logos, photographs, branding files or website images should be sent to:

The client should include their business name in the email subject line so files can be matched to the correct website order.

11. Delays caused by missing information

 

If the client does not provide required information, content, images, approvals or payment details, the website setup may be delayed.

The 12-month subscription or payment obligation may still apply where the delay is caused by the client failing to provide required information after the order has been accepted.

12. Draft review and approval

 

A draft version of the website may be provided for review before publication.

The client is responsible for checking spelling, contact details, service descriptions, pricing, legal information, images and any other business details before approving the website.

Once approved, the website may be published. Further changes after approval may be treated as additional work unless included in the agreed package.

13. Revisions

 

Each website package includes reasonable standard revisions before publication.

Major redesigns, repeated changes, additional pages, new sections, rewritten content, specialist features or changes outside the original package may be charged separately at a standard rate of £65 + VAT per hour.

14. Logo mockups

 

Free logo support means APN or Prime Web Design may provide logo mockup concepts for the client’s business.

This does not automatically include full brand guidelines, trademark searches, copyright registration, unlimited revisions, specialist illustration, advanced design work or printed materials unless agreed separately.

15. Ownership and usage

 

Once the agreed package fee has been paid in full, or the 12-month subscription has been completed, the client may use the agreed website content, logo mockup and branding materials supplied for their business, subject to any third-party licences or platform restrictions.

Until the website package or 12-month subscription has been paid in full, ownership and transfer rights may remain with APN / Prime Web Design.

16. Cancellation

 

For upfront orders, cancellation after work has started may not result in a full refund, as time may already have been spent on domain setup, design, content preparation or website development.

For monthly subscription orders, the client agrees to the 12-month minimum term. Early cancellation may require payment of the outstanding balance for the initial term.

17. Suitability and acceptance

 

Submission of a website order form does not automatically confirm acceptance of the order.

APN and Prime Web Design may review the order and contact the client to confirm suitability, package selection, payment details and the next steps before work begins.

18. Additional services

 

The following may be quoted separately:

  • Extra website pages

  • SEO campaigns

  • Blog writing

  • Google Business Profile support

  • Paid advertising setup

  • Advanced forms or booking systems

  • E-commerce functionality

  • Copywriting beyond the agreed package

  • Specialist photography

  • Vehicle branding artwork

  • Site board artwork

  • Printed stationery

  • Workwear design

  • Ongoing website maintenance

19. No guaranteed results

 

APN and Prime Web Design aim to create a professional website and improve the client’s online presentation.

However, no guarantee is given that the website will achieve a specific Google ranking, number of enquiries, sales level, business growth, conversion rate or financial result.

20. Final terms

 

These terms are intended as a summary of the website package order conditions. Full website design terms and conditions may be issued separately before the order is finalised.

By submitting the order form, the client confirms that they understand the selected payment option, the 12-month minimum term where applicable, the hosting charges, and the requirement to provide accurate business information and media files.
