APN Partner Packages

APN membership is designed for selected building, property and home improvement professionals who want to be considered for suitable homeowner project introductions from active design, planning and pre-build enquiries.

Our packages are structured around partner category, territory coverage and membership level, allowing partners to choose the level of exposure that best suits their business.

​

Each partner category has its own pricing guide because the value, timing and volume of referrals can vary between different services. For example, a building contractor, Approved Inspector, structural engineer, kitchen company or specialist trade may each receive different types of project opportunities.

​

APN does not operate as an open job board or bulk lead platform. Opportunities are reviewed and matched to suitable partners based on project type, location, trade category, territory coverage, availability and client requirements.

​

Membership is available across three core levels: Starter Partner, Growth Partner and Priority Partner. Each package provides selected territory coverage, partner positioning and consideration for suitable introductions within the relevant category.

Membership Fees

APN membership fees vary by partner category, package level and territory coverage.

Each trade or professional category has its own pricing structure because the value and type of opportunity can vary significantly between services. For example, a building contractor, Approved Inspector, structural engineer, kitchen company, party wall surveyor or specialist trade may each receive different types of project introductions.

APN does not charge per lead. Membership is based on partner positioning, selected territory coverage and the opportunity to be considered for suitable homeowner project introductions within your chosen category.

To protect the value of membership, APN normally limits each partner category to a maximum of three partners per territory, unless otherwise agreed.

​

All membership fees are payable monthly in advance and are subject to VAT.
