The Architectural Partner Network connects selected trade, construction and property professionals with homeowners who are already planning extension, refurbishment and home improvement projects through our architectural services.

Unlike lead-generation websites, APN does not sell individual leads and does not charge per enquiry. Partners join by monthly membership, giving them access to relevant referral opportunities within their chosen trade category and service area.

Our aim is simple: to create a trusted network of reliable professionals that can support homeowners beyond the design and planning stage — from surveys, approvals and inspections through to construction, finishes and specialist services.

Membership is reviewed carefully and availability is limited by category and location. This helps maintain quality, protect partner value and ensure homeowners are referred to suitable, relevant businesses.

As part of the APN application process, we require details of two references for projects or jobs you have carried out.  These should ideally be recent clients, contractors, consultants or other professional contacts who can comment on the quality of your work, reliability, communication and overall service.  Please provide their name, contact details...

Partner Categories

Please select the main work category or categories you would like APN to consider for your membership.

You should only select categories that genuinely reflect the services your business provides and where you can demonstrate suitable experience, insurance, qualifications where required, and examples of completed work.

Some categories are classed as Premium Project Categories because they are more closely connected to higher-value extension, loft conversion, refurbishment, construction or supply/install opportunities. Premium categories are subject to stricter review, limited availability and separate membership pricing.

Category availability is limited by trade type, location, suitability and partner demand. APN will review your selected categories before approval and confirm which categories are available under your membership.

Territories

Please select the main boroughs, towns or postcode areas you would like APN to consider for your membership.

Some APN territories are classed as Premium Locations due to higher property values, stronger project demand, planning complexity or the typical value of extension, refurbishment and home improvement opportunities in those areas. Premium Locations may be subject to limited availability, stricter review and separate membership pricing.

Membership availability is limited by category, location and partner suitability. APN will confirm which areas are available before approval.

What happens next? 


Once your application has been submitted, we will review your details, service category, territory coverage, online presence, insurance position and general suitability for the network.

We aim to review applications within 5 / 8 working days, although this may take longer where further checks, references or category availability reviews are required. If your application appears suitable, we will contact you to discuss membership options and next steps.
